Please Note: We do not cater for travel insurance and we strongly request all passengers to take out their own travel insurance for their own safety.

Hajj is a not an easy or comfortable journey as it requires a lot of walking from one Holy place to another. You should only travel if you have the means to go and fit and healthy.

The hotel is a shared accomodation between 5-7 people in one room. We are not responsible for any items/belongins that may go missing during your stay. It is your responsiblity to take care of your own personal belongings.

During the days of Hajj there are many delays such as room service, transportation and hote maintanace which are out of our hands. We strongly recommend you to be very patient at all times and support each other. All matters are controlled by the Ministry of Hajj during the days of Hajj.

Please Note: Please read very carefully the details of the Hajj package before making your choice and subsequent booking. Once you have booked with us you will need to follow strict guidelines that are in place for all pilgrims set by the tour guide. We must stress that the entire journey of Hajj may not be easy due to various reasons. However, the scale of complexities from earlier years though has gradually reduced. Hajj is not a luxury trip and rather a form of spiritual journey. We are amongst thousands of people and the authorities who do a great job however, we all face some difficulties each year that are unexpected and therefore we all need to be prepared for the unknown and demonstrate all our patience as good Muslims to maximise and benefit from the Hajj journey. You are kindly asked to note that the company is not responsible for any changes, delays or flight cancellations made by the Airline company or any delays or breakdown of the busses provided by the Ministry of Hajj. Our company is also not responsible for any loss of luggage or any valuables whilst travelling or at the accommodations that you will be staying.

Note: There is a possibility that the departure/return dates may be changed by the airline company. If this does take place then the flight schedule may vary between 1 or 2 days of the initial flight date.
